Antoine Raoux, Founding Partner at Calanca

Antoine Raoux

Founding Partner

Antoine has completed over 25 private equity investments in the UK, France and Germany over the past 20 years. His transactional experience includes Buy & Builds, MBOs, MBIs, PTPs, property-backed deals and turnarounds. He has a generalist experience with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Antoine has been involved in 11 multi-site buy & build investments and personally invested in a further four. Within the healthcare and education sectors, he previously supported the Cambian roll-up, chaired Horizon Care & Education until its successful exit and was a Non-Executive Director of Thrive Therapeutic Software. He has also supported founders as an independent non-executive director.

Prior to joining the private equity world, Antoine worked for five years in industry — first in production roles at Zodiac and, post-MBA, in the sales and finance teams of Eli Lilly.

Antoine holds an MBA from London Business School and an MEng in Thermal Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée. He is currently a visiting lecturer in Corporate Finance at Imperial College and ESCP.

Dylan Bourguignon, Partner at Calanca

Dylan started in strategy consulting before spending a decade as a private equity investor across sectors and across Europe, and then becoming a private equity-backed CEO.

After four years focused on financial services investments, he founded so-sure, an insurtech MGA that created win-win insurance for consumers: “amazing if you need us, and up to 80% money back if you don’t”. After eight years growing the business and raising venture capital funding, he sold it to Open in 2024. He has since rejoined Antoine Raoux at Calanca, having previously worked with him at NBGI Private Equity.

Dylan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from ENSAM (Paris) and an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Fabio Ferrari, Operating Partner at Calanca

Fabio Ferrari

Operating Partner

Fabio has more than 30 years of international executive leadership experience across European industrial and B2B businesses, including CEO, and more than 15 years in Fire & Rescue and Fire & Safety. He has led businesses including LUKAS, Vetter, AWG and Godiva, and driven the international commercial development of brands such as Akron Brass, Hale and HURST.

He has extensive experience in growth, transformation, and acquisitions, combining commercial development with hands-on operational leadership across manufacturing, distribution and specialist industrial businesses.

Fabio understands the challenges faced by owner-led and private equity-backed companies as they scale and expand internationally. He focuses on preserving their entrepreneurial strengths, technical expertise and customer relationships while creating value through operational discipline and commercial growth.

Fabio studied Business Administration in France. Outside work, he enjoys competing in pickleball tournaments, street photography and spending time with his family.

Geoff Bamber, Adviser at Calanca

Geoff Bamber

Geoff has spent two decades building, scaling and exiting businesses across healthcare, consumer, technology and financial services, as a chief executive, an adviser and a board member. He works with entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital investors on growth, value creation, investment readiness and technology.

In healthcare, Geoff advised the founders of London Gynaecology through their exit to private equity and was the first chief executive appointed following the investment. Earlier he was CEO of Digme Fitness, which he grew into an eight-site brand built on a custom technology stack. He then founded Clava, a B2B SaaS platform for climbing gyms carved out of Digme’s technology, running it as CEO from 2022 to 2024 before stepping up to Chairman; he now serves as a Non-Executive Director.

Geoff holds an MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AI certification from Harvard Business School. He is an eleven-time Ironman and a former competitive ski racer.

Rob Harvey, Adviser at Calanca

Rob Harvey

Rob has spent the last 20 years of his career working in senior executive finance roles within businesses at different stages of their investment cycles, ranging from plc divestments to private equity backed buy and builds with successful exit credentials. His sector and UK/international experience is varied, including international B2B distribution and logistics, manufacturing, transport, and in the last six years the UK domestic healthcare space.

He has also worked in a corporate finance and development advisory role, and can combine experience of well executed SME acquisitions and integration with scaling and building a professional business from the viewpoint of different stakeholders.

Rob has a passion for the healthcare, education and fitness well-being space, and supports entrepreneurial businesses to achieve their growth ambitions.

Rob is a qualified Chartered Accountant and in his spare time coaches and supports competitive age group swimming and young triathletes.

Guillaume Perquier, Adviser at Calanca

Guillaume Perquier

Adviser

Guillaume is a former Calanca associate. He transitioned into an advisory role after founding Datako, a company that generates evidence at scale through advanced AI models.

Guillaume brings differentiated insights that significantly strengthen Calanca’s capabilities in evaluating healthcare opportunities, assessing technical feasibility, and accelerating operational performance across portfolio companies.

Guillaume started his career as an investment banker in a small-cap M&A boutique in Paris and in the M&A/ECM large-cap execution team at Société Générale. He then moved into strategy consulting (CVA), advising industrial and healthcare clients.

Guillaume graduated from Centrale Paris with a specialisation in supply chain and operations management.

Rajesh Singh, Adviser at Calanca

Rajesh Singh

Adviser

Raj is the founder and CEO of SAIB Solutions. He has over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience gained at A.T. Kearney, ICI, Owens Corning and Laidlaw. He has consulted to a wide range of blue-chip clients and PE funded UK SMEs.

Raj’s core areas of expertise are in supply chain transformation, cost to serve reduction, ERP and cloud based system implementation.

Raj has supported the Calanca team in due diligence, as well as our portfolio companies with system development and business analytics. He also contributes his experience of the industrials, distribution and building products sectors.

Raj holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from London Business School.
